So many people think that playing golf is not good for you at all, this is nonsense. Many people actually think that golfers are pretty lazy people and that the way they stand when approaching a shot is not good for them.
This is all a load of old rubbish. The people that drive buggies around the course are usually elderly or just lazy people, most professional golfers really hate the people that drive around in golf carts. Many of the golfers feel that Golf Trolleys is the answer to this and think that having an automatic golf trolley is better than sitting in a cart the entire time.
It is not really known why people think that standing in that position when taking a shot is actually bad for you, it looks painful I suppose but by no means is it bad for you. The sport is not designed to be bad to play in fact is can be good for the back when players are actually in the right positions.
It is safe to say that a lot of people take up sports for the excercise, well golf players get a lot of this. It would certainly seem that many golfers leave it until the sun is out to play which means walking the entire 18 holes is going to give them great excercise.
So the best thing to do is throw away those carts and get Leisure Batteries installed into your golf trolley. Of course you have to understand the players using Mobility Scooter Batteries for their carts as they may actually need to sit down most of the time.

The calender reminds you that the special event is only weeks away and you need to lose weight fast in order to fit into that new outfit. The good news is that there are ways to drop a few pounds over the next couple of weeks that will not become a major pain in the butt. During this particular article we will focus on the strategy that will enable you to lose weight quickly.
The first thing that we need to do is take a good hard look at your diet and cross off the items that are not weight friendly. Substituting water with soda does not sound like much on paper but in reality the average pop can is worth a couple of hundred calories each time you drink one. Since we are limited to the amount of time available for the most part all restaurants are off the list as we need to know exactly how many calories that are being consumed for every item that goes into your mouth. I know that this sounds terrible and it is not something that I would recommend for a long term diet but in order to lose weight fast some sacrifices are going to have to be made.
Now everyone knows that in order to lose weight the basic principle is to consume less calories than you consume and the best way to do this is through exercise. If you want you can go pay for a gym membership for the month or you can concentrate on a exercise program at home based around the concept of high intensity. The high intensity exercise program only takes half an hour to complete including a warm up and a cool down period. The high intensity program works like this:
Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog
Interval 1 – run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
Interval 2 – walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
Interval 3 – run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
Interval 4 – walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
Running is the key exercise in the example but if you are like me and have knees that should be on an eighty year old than running can be placed with any form of exercise that you are able to go full at it like cycling, rowing or even Nintendo Wii. The high intensity program is a result driven exercise workout and the more you put in the more you will get out. Aim for four times a week and you should be set.
In order to make sure that you lose weight quickly you need to devote a ton of energy to achieve your goal but as you can see it is not that difficult to lose weight as long as you stay focused on your goal.
